“A beautiful day for the official installation of the second wooden sculpture in the Green Flag Heritage Garden area at Leeswood Avenue, Chorlton. Along with our local councillors Mandie Shilton Godwin, Dave Rawson and Joanna Midgley, I had a try at decorating the amazing wood carving. Southway Housing Trust have involved local schools and residents to work with the sculptor to add the finishing artwork to the statue.”
