The Channel 4 Production Training Scheme 2023 is currently recruiting in  Manchester

The Channel 4 Production Training Scheme provides bespoke training and invaluable experience for people who want to break into the media industry and are passionate about TV production. This year’s scheme has opened for applications, with a focus on unscripted production. Applicants in Manchester will work with Studio Lambert, who produce Gogglebox and The Circle.

Successful applicants will spend a week in TV Boot Camp where they will hear from experts in the industry as well as graduates of the scheme. Following this, applicants will spend the rest of their time working with their local production company with monthly training from Channel 4 to support them.

They are particularly encouraging applications from communities that are underrepresented in the TV industry such as applicants from lower socio-economic groups, deaf and/or disabled applicants, and ethnically diverse applicants.
