Pension Credit is a top-up to retirement incomes, where some residents can claim an average of £3,300 a year, receiving a free TV licence for over 75s, housing support and much more.

You are applicable if you are over State Pension age and on a low income. Pension Credit can also help with housing costs such as ground rent or service charges.

It’s not always well known about, and a number of people that are eligible for Pension Credit often don’t apply.
