Angela has been a councillor for Withington ward since 2022. She lives in Withington and cares about our community and local area. She is active in many community groups and is a governor at the Christie Hospital.

Manchester City Council has benefited from the best funding agreement for 14 years thanks to the Labour Government and Angela is lobbying hard with the Labour council to increase investment in Withington.

Angela said: “It’s been an honour to represent Withington on Manchester City Council. Over the last 4 years I have fought for residents and have secured improvements in our community, such as road safety improvements outside St. Cuthbert’s and Mauldeth Primary schools, better roads and pavements across Withington and gained investment for Kingswood, Ladybarn and Fog Lane parks.

I know what matters to our area and I hope that residents re-elect me to continue to work for the residents of Ladybarn, Withington and South East Fallowfiled.”
