Greater Manchester is embarking on its biggest change to public transport in the city-region in nearly 40 years. Buses are bringing brought under local control and the new Bee Network will see a joined-up transport system that supports affordable and seamless travel on public transport and active travel.
South Manchester will be in Phase 3, so we won’t see new routes in most parts until January 2025. However, you may start to see yellow buses about, and some of the new networks between Manchester and Salford.
