Most households will receive the rebate automatically, but in some cases customers have been sent a letter to confirm the name of the billpayer and their energy supplier, between October and December last year. These customers’ needs to call the dedicated helpline at 0800 030 9322 to confirm before the 29^th February to confirm their eligibility. Please check to see if you have received a letter and make sure you take the actions listed before next Thursday.
